1.3 These Terms apply to both consumers within the European Union (EU) and international customers. Where local mandatory consumer laws apply, such provisions shall prevail.

3. Eligibility & Account use

3.1 By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

3.2 You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Products & Availability

4.1 Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. Minor variations may occur.

4.2 All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice.
4.3 We make no guarantees that all products displayed online will be in stock at the time of order.

5. Prices & Payment

5.1 All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
5.2 International order may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5.4 In the event of a pricing or typographical error, Arctic Skincare reserves the right to cancel of refuse orders before shipment.

6.3 We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or incorrect pricing.

7. Shipping & Delivery

7.2 Within the EU, delivery is made in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

7.3 For international consumers, imprt duties, custom procedures, and local regulations are your responsibility.

7.4 The risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the specified shipping address.

8. Right of withdrawal & Returns

8.1 Consumers withing the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

8.2 The conditions, procedures, and exclusions regarding returns and refunds are set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

8.3 By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the Return & Refund Policy as published on our website.

9. Warranty & Product use disclaimer

9.1 Our products are cosmetic products intended for external use only.

9.2 Arctic Skincare does not provide medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

9.3 Customers are responsible for conducting patch tests and checking for potential sensitivities.

9.4 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties beyond those required under EU and Dutch consumer law.

In any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right shall not be considered a waiver of that right.
