All orders are processed and shipped from the Netherlands. Orders placed before 4:00 PM (CET) on business days are shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next business day. 

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout
  • Free shipping applies to orders above €50

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We are not be able to make changes to your order once it has shipped.
Please ensure that  your shipping details are entered correctly. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you resubmit your order.

refunds policy

Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason.
The return period starts on the day after the order has been delivered.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us as contact@arcticskincare.eu within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be return unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@arcticskincare.eu with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange an appropriate solution - this may include a replacement, refund, or another suitable option.

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, refusal at customs or failure to collect), we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you resubmit your order.
